1. Return Period

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Return Process

To return a product:

  1. Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Send the item back according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
